很多人想找酒店上班，卻沒有良好的管道。

《奧斯卡制服酒店經紀分享》我帶的酒店小姐們，並非每一位都懂得
「了解酒店客人心意，改變氣氛」的技巧。
惹惱酒店客人、覺得自己做不到辭職的酒店小姐其實不計其數。
但是這個行業的小姐，並不是她們說想來就可以來。


    我一定會先和那些有意願的酒店小姐見面，
即使經過嚴格的審核後，
也會請她先以「實習」的方式到酒店工作。


    雖然酒店小姐來電與信箱相當踴躍，但這些酒店小姐中，

真正工作超過兩年以上的人，卻只有七個；工作不滿一年

半，甚至只撐了半年的則只有九位。大多數的酒店小姐都

只待了約三個月就離職了！


    其實，這也不能怪她們，畢竟要做這一行真的不容易

。只是留下來的女孩也不是特別優秀或手腕高明。看到這

麼多好孩的來來去去，也讓我發現到一件事。


    唯有將心態從「我覺得」轉換成「對方覺得」，才能

學會如何「察言觀色」。


◆聰明敏感便服酒店妹vs.遲鈍制服酒店妹


    我把那些遲遲無法進入狀況的好孩，也就是所謂的「

白目妹」分為兩大類。那就是，「敏感妹」如「遲鈍妹」

。『敏感妹』是指心思細膩、神經敏銳，老在看對方臉色

的女孩。因為『過於敏感』，所以總是害怕『會被對方討

厭』、『會帶給對方困擾』。所以，這類型的女孩只要一

聽到酒店客人想約自己出去見面，就會開始胡思亂想。


    「怎麼辦！我已經有男朋友了，不可能和他交往。可

是，對方是酒店客人，我又不能拒絕。」
想些還沒發生的事，到頭來什麼都沒有。


    另一方面，『遲鈍妹』卻『完全不管對方在想什麼』。


    無論當下的氣氛如何，她總是想到什麼就說什麼，絲

毫不在意對方的感受。也就是這種超白目的個性，經常搞

得酒店客人大發火。抱持著「我進這行，就是為了賺錢」
想法的女孩，大多都是「遲鈍妹」。
不過有個共通點：所做所為都是為了『不被討厭』或想
『受到認可』，到頭來只想到自己。


    但若酒店小姐無法將心態調整為「站在對方的立場」，
那麼即使知道再多的技巧也派不上用場。
只要改變思考的出發點，

1、情人
男人性慾旺盛，為了滿足肉體的需求，他希望能擁有一個只願與他親熱的火辣情人。男人也許會幻想與不同的女人做愛，可是大多數男人都知道這不切實際，但他希望女人能夠又野又有創意，來彌補這種缺憾。
2、啦啦隊
男人在爭取個人成就和價值時，需要有人鼓勵，讓他們繼續向前。由於男人不太能建立親密關係，因此當他們遇到阻礙時，知道有人會在背後支持他們是非常重要的。

4、好友
男人希望有個夥伴能與他分擔日常生活的重擔，希望有個能幫他處理問題、下決定、面對日常挑戰的心腹之交，同時希望能與好友分享共同的喜好。
